Breasts are mostly fatty tissue, so if you are exercising and doing high intensity for an all over fat burn, then you will lose some of that fatty tissue. Be sure to do sculpting sets that target your chest and pectorals so that you create lift with strong and plumped muscle. I found that I mostly lost the "breast" that was around my armpits, and that actually made them look defined and much better! Good Luck with your journey!!
