Sheraton Riverside Bangkok is it really as bad as they say?

I’m planning to stay for a few days in this hotel but i’m also thinking to stay in the Millenium Hilton at the opposite of the Shereton. What do you think is the better hotel to stay?

It's a long time since we stayed at the Millenium (before the renovations) so I can't really say. But the Sheraton has a nice pool and the garden is very relaxing and I love the Peacocks. The Buffet is also very good. Whatever you choose I hope you have a great time and let me know what you think. H n H K

Thankyou Nader. Yes there are several places you can smoke; 1 is next to the Thai restaurant and as you said one on the terrace. There are possible more but those are the only ones I found. Thanks again froe watching.

i liked this. Started watching your videos after i saw one earlier. So much better than the inarticulate story tellers hanging around the bar scene who obvoiusly never finished secondary school. re the hotel , whats not to like, it looked great.

Have not stayed since the 90s I booked it because it has the two pools and the history around the second pool is interesting. Not sure I would return and certainly didn't on my last visit to Bangkok
