I'll say this, if LASD was in any of these East Bay cities in Northern California (Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Oakley, Brentwood, Danville), the people will want them out because the Executioners (around 80-100 members) are bigger than the police agencies in the cities I mentioned. Parga and Cano have higher ups in LASD watching their back because no police agency I mentioned want to deal with cliques. Cliques in Oakland and Richmond police departments were dissolved because they are problematic.
