For officer safety, they need to require all cops to have their hair no longer than one inch. Certainly not in a handhold/pony tail. Certainly not for 90-110 pound women. Also, no more dark colours, especially those working at night. Fluorescent green or orange. And to make themselves more visible to the public, their vehicles the same green or orange. For officer safety.

I want to suggest that you double check your facts. Jimi Hendrix wasn't into heroine. He drank alcohol and smoked a lot of pot but I don't believe that to be accurate. I've read that in the autopsy report it states that Jimi had back was 0% or very low. But he has THREE BOTTLES of wine in his stomach. Does not point to any carelessness or overindulgence.
