I worked at the courthouse for 8 years. Here in alachua county. The guy you elect to run The courthouse has nothing to do with the judge's orders in the courtroom. The guy or lady running the court house has to follow the constitution like everyone else. They're elected to serve the people. The Clerks office is to run the building and make his employees follow law as to collection of funds and housing records. Pertaining to state statues. She, Has no authority to say somebody cannot come in with a camera.

Lana, You can do this before your revisit. Do an Public Records Request for every submission to record in that building in the past 10 years. Let's see if everyone they have honored anyone. Let's see if everyone had to pay a $10,000 fee. I'd encourage you to contact the local TV station's news dispatcher to see if they have to get permission and pay $10,000 when they want to come for a story. And you should record a story out front, explaining you have been denied entry, they refuse to answer your questions, and record everyone that goes in and comes out.

I wonder what the Fulton County taxpayers would think about the Court Building violating the Constitution ? Ultimately costing the taxpayers a hefty lawsuit ? The worst place that will violate a citizens rights in is the halls of Justice where the Constitution is absolute. I would question any decision made by anyone in this building knowing they take away the constitutional; rights of American citizens. This would be the very building where the lawsuit would be brought forth and the building it happens in and judges presiding the vary ones that violated your rights would by them found guilty. If there is anyone that you sue this should be the one. It's appalling to see ones rights violated by the ones that have sworn to protect them. Please keep us updated, this one is one of the most important cases I've seen. This is corruption, plain and simple.
