If you have ADHD and use stimulants, it makes you sleepy. I have it, and when I used cocaine years ago, I loved it because it was the only time my brain settled down and relaxed. Adderall and Ritalin are stimulants. Whenever I have trouble sleeping, I can drink a cup of coffee, and I instantly relax and pass out.
