"To solve a case you must first solve another." This episode was so complex to react to, not only were there stories within stories, there were also mind palaces within mind palaces. It was a very elaborated way for Sherlock to confirm that Moriarty is really dead.

"This is why, if I was ever rich, I never would have a maze." Never thought of that but you are spot on! About Mycroft, in the original books, Mycroft was the smarter one, always has been. He also was very much overweight, hence why he let Sherlock did all the leg work, but in the series they just hint very often that Mycroft used to be fat, but worked on his diet (hence the treadmill he ran on in 'the sign of three') but going back in time, Mark saw his chance of presenting the original Mycroft and thoroughly enjoyed playing him. Savour every episode that is now to come, cause as I said a few weeks ago, it will be over to soon, but what a ride it was.

Yeah it is such a shame it is nearly over :( Might have to actually watch some Marvel so I can get more Benedict haha!

@@robtrinreact2825 speaking of Benedict's excellent acting skills... You must watch Patrick Melrose (5 episodes, top-notch performance) or The Imitation Game)) in my opinion, in this two projects he had more opportunity to express his talent than in the marvel films.

one of the best and favorite episodes.. I'll bet you anything you'll want to watch it over and over again every Christmas.. just a few notes: Watson didn't speak about the mustache and illustrator in vain, it was said that some trademarks were given to sherlock holmes by the book illustrator.. like the famous deerstalker hat, cape, and pipe.. they were not described in the original Arthur Conan Doyle books.. my favorite line in the episode was when Watson says: I shall have a word with my wife to have a word with you..to the servant girl, it was foreshadowing for the episode being essentially about mistreatment and dismissive behavior towards women.. it was said that sherlock was sexist in the original book series but i'm glad they gave that part to john in this series because Watson had so much more lust for the fairer sex..it seems more natural if he thinks less of their intelligence.. while sherlock holmes were always the one with pure cold reason.. why would he think less of the other gender..? my favorite scene was when molly appeared disguised as a man.. my head almost exploded with a hundred fanfiction ideas.. it's interesting to know how sherlock sees her in his mind palace.. dressed as a man achieving a successful career in a male dominant profession, we see sherlock depending on her and trusting her in the 21st century more than anyone else in the hospital because she is the top of her field.. I think he gained much more respect for her after she slapped him in the last episode ( and i think it turned him on a little bit lol) all and all I love this feminist episode, it doesn't feel fake and annoying like most so-called feminist series and films in the last decade, it was handled very well,

So awesome your reaction is finally here ! 😱👏🏻A little late for christmas but whatever 😂💁🏼♀️ Oh god I love this episode so much, unironically this is one of my absolute favorites not gonna lie. It was just fantastically written! As you guys said you cannot really say something throughout because you’re afraid to miss something and just wanna watch it ! It’s so tense the whole time! And every time I watch it or watch someone react to it I always discover something new😌💁🏼♀️ahh.. just so brilliantly done. It had everything: tense writing, a really good mystery, beautiful camera shots, Watson‘s absolute killer mustache, all the original actors, great costume design, massive fan service, Sherlock tripping on acid and a lot of little „bits“ that set up season 4 perfectly 💁🏼♀️ I‘m already so hyped to see you guys go into the next season, really excited to see you loose your shit ngl😅😂 hope we won’t have to wait too long for the next episode!😊 Have a nice day you two!😌

I’ve never seen the movies myself to be honest, because after watching sherlock it’s hard for me to see RDJ in the role (especially when he already embodies Iron Man for me😅), I’ve just seen bits and pieces - a certain train sequence but I gotta say it actually looked really good 👀 and the fight sequence was just 💅 ✨
