I've only owned 1 wheel (S22) the price difference between the 2 wheels is $2000(CAD). I've easily pushed the S22 to 46mph/74km/hr without even realizing it and it still had power to spare (not recommended). With the CNC suspension upgrade ($200) Tire Upgrade (Shinko 244 $60) and now more reliable Motor you're looking at $1700 difference. So you get a metal case, more battery, and an extra 30lbs in weight. As well as a more complicated less customizable wheel in the Sherman-S. I have no doubt the Sherman-S is a great wheel but Price it at $5000 CAD and you'll get my recommendation.

I love my V12 HT as my first wheel. I will still ride it, but I just got a Master 50e, but I will have to wait till spring maybe to ride it since there is snow all over the ground. Got the Grizzla farings on it and the clark seat and bumper and some Sai red trail pads. It looks so dope. Might have to get some Grizzla Big pads for it though. The Sai red trail pads are narrow at the bottom, maybe too narrow for my high top shoes. My V12HT is such a sick wheel though, so torquey and nimble, durable. Maybe lacking a little bit in top speed, but I prefer quick acceleration and torque in city and trails anyway. Exciting times in the EUC industry. The Master Pro's 200km of predicted range is very enticing. The Sherman-S suspension looks awesome. The Inmotion V13 modular design sounds great. All three of the new heavy suspension wheels are going to sexy. Which one to get will be based on one's personal preferences.

Come on Veteran, shave 1 to 1.5mm on the edges so that we have better grip or even better, make a set of pedals with removable spikes. 2) Range before hitting 76v (I know, you cam access down to 72v in the menu) seem to be a lot lower than the Max (not surprising due to 200w added on the motor and the added weight) from Adam comments and someone local to me that received a Sherman S not that long ago. Something like 15 km less of conservative riding.

Just a shame the two shocks aren't connected with strong metal frame in between. This will hurt the longevity of the wheel.

I have 2 issues with the sherman-s. 1. How easy will it be to replace the seals in the suspension forks once the oil begins to leak out? So many euc riders cant even change a tire much less replace fork seals. 2. Its only 100volts and for the price, id rather buy a ex30s and have the extra top speed and easier to mod and repair suspension.

1. not sure how much the suspension rods are, but I'd prob replace the whole thing. 2. Just rode the Master today, and it flexes and feels unstable compare with the Sherman S, do you want stability and control or sketchy high speed ride?
@MitchG2 жыл бұрын
@@OWGAC I ride sketchy high speed daily on my master. The stock tire is the issue with the master and is easily swapped. Those forks are not going to be cheap so I doubt you will replace them for a leaking fork seal. Fork seals cost less than 20 bucks but require special tools and knowledge to replace.

This will probably be my next wheel. I am riding an Abrams with v2.5 firmware and v2 battery, but it was less than half the price of this and its never dropped me. There are so many models coming out but the OG sherman feels like an anchor in the storm of not quite good enough 134v offerings...

I'll upgrade from the OG Sherman to either the S or the V13. Haven't made up my mind, will wait for range tests and other review and, for either wheel, batch 2 .
@OWGAC2 жыл бұрын
if you like the ride on the 0G sherman, go for the S. V13 will be a very different beast, more stable, higher speed but no way as nimble, that'll be my guess

@@OWGAC I've had the Sherman S for a week now. Had a chance to ride a V13 yesterday. The SS is better.

Being able to take advantage of the times traffic lights on the Avenues (without being delayed by avoiding all the bumps) must be a whole different riding experience. I just hope that the tectonic shift of deposits from the V13/S22 to the Shem-S doesn't cause an imprudent/premature release of the V13 ver.1 or Shem-S ver.2. Don't underestimate the Hsaing bump.

{the following SPECULATION is TL;DR!.. strictly written for my own entertainment! Feel free to criticize, I won't take it personally.} {I have no idea what goes on in the heads of the managers/owners of EUC manufacturing companies but that doesn't prevent me from having an opinion, as I wait for a good quality wheel. Here's why I'm still waiting to buy a new wheel and will continue to buy used upgrades for the foreseeable future.} If I were Inmotion's CEO, I would do the 1-week's worth of work {literally, 5 work-days} to redesign the V13 shell to accommodate the FastAce design and negotiate a non-exclusive contract, which could negate LeaperKim's short-term competitive advantage and reinforce the V13's other design advantages over Kingsong's S22 *for at least a year or two* due to sunk-cost facilities behaviors that are typical of niche product-line manufacturing busineses that operate in volatile, low-margin organic-growth sectors. Sure, sell the V13 with two different types of suspension, with possible others to follow; that's one of the benefits of Modular Design, and is exactly the the major automotive companies profit primarily from being Financial Titans rather than low-margin Assembly Plants. {This assumes Inmotion's minimum order/year to maintain exclusivity is preeminently violable (based on volume strike-pricing minimums needed for exclusivity) ...{Freakin' lawyers. Beware of Corporate Legal-Grifters, enough said?} If I were Kingsong's CEO, I would focus on upgrading the 16x shell (and only the 16x) to incorporate the FastAce design before someone on the aftermarket does it for them (backwards compatibility will slow market volatility, which is desperately needed). {Does Kingsong even have a business plan because if Marketing is driving sales, they are extraordinarily vulnerable to being financially short-squeezed. Why? {Whether planned or not, the inevitable collapse the US Dollar designed to dislocate/discount/buy-out the Global Property Assets of those Countries in debt to American Hegemony} along with ALL host-Nation Fiat Currencies... Biden may be senile but his owners aren't stupid, even if it's a Species-wide suicide mission just to briefly extend the last-dying breathes of a failed Empire, Cheney didn't lie about being not planning for the possibility of Multipolar Governance. But I digress.} And, ALL EUC makers should all cooperate and focus on interoperable pedal systems because loyalty favors overall quality rather than performance quantity in the mid-to-long run and the sunk-cost into one's proprietary pedals when Property Rights are barely existent is foolish at preventing brand-hopping while rider's naturally upgrade from hype to utility over time. Why? ... Because, if I were the Venture Capital Group that intentionally didn't defend the Property Rights on the overall Utility Patent Design, I would be planning to reveal my massively over-Capitalized competitor to Chinese domination of the EUC market along with my not-as-yet expired "Submarine" patent law enforcement strategy, which could almost instantly bankrupt the 4 current manufacturer's while accelerating organic market growth through a limited time exclusivity with a conglomerate like Mitsubishi, Sony or Vinfast whom could increase production capacity by 100-1000x and both the Children's market-sector and the Military-sector could inorganically grow the demand to over 5%-20% of the new car sales numbers within 2-3 years. {Of course, I'm just a consumer so prices come down and quality goes up either way.} Submarine patents are an entrepreneur's Achilles' Heal by design. Offloading debt often needs a sacrificial lamb to satisfy Wall Street. Although it's my be unintentional, strategic protection from Monetary Dislocation my been experiences as Depression Era fallout.

Beauty of the Sherman S design is that it all works together, just adding the suspension without the structural shell won't do. the Sherman S really represent a rethink of whole a wheel is put together and I am sure the other companies will copy this design with their own take. And that's why its great to have competitions!

@@OWGAC Agreed.But brilliant rethinking seldom works and never beats physics...That wonderful set of dampers need a bridge , a fork that I still refuse to believe the shell itself can replace.Can It really bear the brunt of such permanent aggresion...? Miles will tell.If they really pulled that off the S is going to be a blast. That alloy better be sturdy and reliable.I sincerely hope they made it 'cause I LOVE,LOVE my Sherman and this suspension trick is the only element It lacks.I think I won't even care about max.speed being "short"... 45 is more than enough in town for me.Reachin' 45 with my current Veteran makes me sweat when imagine an unseen killer pothole in my way. If I could only avoid that threatenin' menace forever I'd happily settle for that max.speed " sine die" without hesitation.And one more thing: 100 v. guarantees you a longer, longer range and no weird surprises in performance.Well, this opinion is strictly my own,Buddy...😉😄LOVE your work, hang in there, Hsiang.

Great feedback on the Sherman S! Thanks for the insight about the Sherman S not being Beginner Friendly. I've been looking at EUCs for a while now but haven't taken the leap yet. I have this idea about jumping right into the deep end as you mentioned. Which top dog EUC would you consider to be Beginner friendly for a 6'3" 250lb rider who is seeking the highest speed and biggest battery?
