I love when Sherpy sniffs to recognise the place. And the sign requesting for children to be supervised made me smile. My first thought was that Sherpy also plays therefore needs supervision too 😄There were ducks there, like one of Sherpy´s toys haha!! I felt scare of the tombs, but Sherpy did not look scared. He is brave! 😄😄

Is Sherpy going to jump in and make Sherpa angels like up on the mountain? Or zoomies in the nice unadulterated snow? Watching the joy on his face when he runs in the snow and tries to catch the snow...yay there he goes! Running and hopping leaving his prints in the snow. Adorable. Even if he is trotting to nature's bathroom-behind the shrubbery because Lords need privacy too! @4.42 Sherpa: "Pops you call me old man half the time, and a kid the other half. Make up your mind will ya?!" Ooh another castle... Sherpa: " NAH, didn't know you would want to take a picture of me AT ALL...you never usually do..." Don't you just love finding the little alcoves and passageways, in half ruined buildings? That round tower with a little alcove looks like it would be great to camp at in better weather! The river and trees, it's all stunning. Reminds me of a pathway following a river behind university residence. How do you manage to find such stunning scenery and locations-do you use filters or change brightness etc or is it all in natural light? On top of seeing the castle, the other curious place with the gravestones AND going for another couple of hours walk-or is that just editing and put together a few days outings in one 20minute video? @17.42 on...Jamie: "Daddy's", Sherpa: "Grrrrowl". Jamie: "Daddy's", Sherpa: "Grrrrrooowwl". That could have gone on for ages! The cabin was great, but it's funny seeing all of the snow there, but when you were out, the road was clear, there was no ice on the grass etc. Certainly a beautiful video. With a beyoooottifuuull celeb and model! So glad you guys got to see so much and make precious memories with Sherpa posing for photos. And I have to admit, a pretty damn good Daddy taking him to new places, playing in the snow, appreciating the scenery and saying hi to dinner...erm I mean the nice birdies that Sherpa didn't want to chomp down on at all! Love, hugs and lots of pets for good boi Sherpy. 🥰😍😍😘😘😘💙💙💛👊👊✋🐾❣🐺

The fact that the castle was built without modern technology is impressive. I wonder how many workers, and years it took to build. I'd love to see the technology they used to get it done back in the day. Lovely views. Sherpa is so cute wanting to go for a swim. Jamie sleep with one eye open when making comments about Sherpa's weight. He may leave you a surprise.

There is a BBC series posted here on youtube (with 3 Brit presenters that have done many "recreation" series) it's called "Building a Medieval Castle Using Authentic Tools, Secrets Of The Castle". In this series they build a castle from the 13th century using the original methods. It's on the "Timeline" channel.

I did that “park in the grocery store lot and go elsewhere” thing in York. I threw myself on the mercy of the Tesco parking lot guard when I couldn’t find street parking anywhere near the laundromat on a Saturday afternoon in July. I told her we weren’t doing touristy things, just laundry followed by grocery shopping, and she let me park. I could have kissed her!
