I am so happy about this. I fell in love with Coach Moore during and after the Penn State game. Just how genuine and emotional he was having been at the helm defeating Penn State. Then his aggressive play calls during The Game. At that time, I said I hope I am looking at the future head coach. I wish it had not come quite so soon but I am overjoyed at elevating Coach Moore to the head coach position. Go Blue!!!

This was such an easy decision, even Warde Manual couldn’t mess it up. I think next year is shaping up to be a tough transition season, and I hope the fan base understands that. With a young, inexperienced quarterback, the need for a strong offensive line will a priority. This is the right head coach for that situation. Being able to successfully run the ball, takes pressure off the QB. Fewer passes, might mean fewer turnovers. Keeping the offense on the field, helps the defense. I was concerned when Harbaugh left the team. All doom and gloom. But now in retrospect, I can see hope for next season. It will be an adventure.

I personally, cannot think of a more profoundly well-deserved opportunity that this young coach right here... Sherrone Moore has earned his stripes, I am thrilled to see what he being the man now can do with the offense... And now that he's in a position to elevate Jesse mentor and pay, if he'll stay, I think Jesse should stay in leverages opportunity, because he's already been in the nfl, he's got a ring now, he can go anytime - it's time to finish the job with Michigan.

Moore proved he could run the game plan Harbaugh designed, it is to be seen if he can create his own plan. His passion is real, his relationship with players is real. We know what will happen if Michigan stumbles under his watch, or lose to Ohio State. I think he'll do better than a stranger coming into the position. I'm sure he has enough internal support from other coaches, staff and players. Serving under Harbaugh I'm sure he knows the secret to winning is still Defense and physicality at the line Offense and Defense. Smash mouth football and not finesse. MMA not break dancing.

He said it was Harbaughs schemes what he had put in place during the weeks practice and plays he only called them during the game. What you really thought you had me? Coach Moore had to be the choice. Otherwise, there would have been another five year rebuild after a massive amount of players transferred. The difference between him and say, Brady Hoke, is that Coach Moore has been with Michigan for seven years and knows how Harbaugh coaches. Surround him with a strong group of assistant coaches and Blue will be fine! This guy loves Michigan and the players love him. Great recruiter too! Good hire.

Then the director will start to make possible changes, with, with the producer accepting the changes.
