Tak susah untuk mengagumkan keluarga dan rakan-rakan korang, cuba resipi Biskut Badam, Kurma dan Oat yang pantas dan mudah ni;
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cup - Butter
1 cup - Brown Sugar
1nos - Egg
2tsp - Vanilla
1 ½ cup - Flour
1tsp - Salt
1tsp - Baking Soda
½ tsp - Nutmeg
3 cups - Quick Cook Oats
1cup - Dates (cut to small pieces)
80g - Almond flakes
METHOD
Preheat oven to 170 deg C.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and butter until fluffy.
Then beat in the egg together with vanilla essence.
Sift in the flour, nutmeg and salt into the mixture.
Finally fold in the dates and oats.
Ball the cookie dough into 1.5inch diameter balls, place each ball of dough with an inch gap in-between them.
Bake for 25mins in the oven and allow to cook on the tray for 5mins then transfer onto a cooling rack.
