Shervin, you need to take a cooking course and KZbin your journey. You can try to integrate some type of nutrition aspect to it but I would prefer content like that over this.

As an ambitious student and a fitness enthusiast I couldn't imagine my life without a good oven, eversince my early teens...I used to find it lazy of me, since Indian households ain't so oven centric...but this video kinda inspired me to stick to my OWN volitions as a time starved student❤ REALLY admire your fitness concepts😍

Been looking at one of these things for awhile now. Starting over after a divorce at 40 years old, this thing seems like an easy way to eat fresh and healthy everyday without taking a crash course on cooking for the 12 years my ex wife did it.

so essentially no carbs other than a bit of fruits? Doesn't sound optimal for the amount of working out you are doing. Also I am not sure i'd call this "cooking".
