Sherwin Williams Aesthetic White: Paint Color Review

Would this be good with Shiitake cabinets with a walnut island? Would another color be better? What looks best with those elements and gold hardware? Thanks!

I find your videos very helpful and informative. Question, I am going with Aesthetic White for whole house. Debating on what to do for the ceiling.....pure white? Aesthetic White 50 percent lighter? I am thinking of doing that for my trim and doors. My cabinets in kitchen will be Pure White.

It can depend on your home, ceiling height, texture, etc. Generally, I would lean into Pure White on the ceilings and trims as well!

I have Alabaster on my trim in SW/W facing room and it doesn't have yellow in it all. That being said, I've yet to find a wall color that doesn't look gray or yellow or starts one color but ends looking another color 🤷‍♀️

Can u explain why if surrounded by pink it shows green possibly

It's a tricky one to explain. Basically, it's SO uncommitted to its undertones that 'in comparison' to a more pink surface, it can seem a touch greenish, as it just doesn't commit to pink. But then I've had clients say they find it look a bit too pink! It's a shape shifter :)
