The color of your hair and shirt combine with killing beige.

I want to do a white wall and darker white for trim to match my windows they are almond color, please recommend colors. Thank you

Your videos are so informative! My house receives quite a bit of sunlight in the day as it is facing South East. I painted the exterior of my home BM White Dove and it looks cream/beige in the afternoon when the sun is behind our house and under our covered wrap around porch. Th porch gets a lot of shade. I'm thinking of repainting it SW Pure White. I want a crisp, white house but not blinding. Do you think Pure White is a good choice?

Help! We just painted our walls shoji white with pure white trim. I have New Caledonia granite and dark wood floors. Would urbane bronze on the island and agreeable gray on the other cabinets work? The shoji is making cabinet colors so hard 😢

Hi!! Is Egret White considered a greige? I am contemplating this color for our 2 br apt. We have had Gray Owl for 9+ years and want our space to feel like a warm hug now, lol. And I don’t want to see ANY yellow… Egret is like a chameleon, kind of like the tanner version of Gray Owl, which is my goal!! But I have heard a few people “warn” it can get washed out, appear dingy, etc. And I have so many samples I could probably do my own show!! 🤣

Will White Duck work with Redend Point trim? I have RP in my hobby room and it’s gorgeous with the southern light. I have a sample of it and I love the way RP looks in all the different exposures.

Well I did it, I painted my whole house except bedrooms and bathrooms White Duck!!! I absolutely love it! I used Pure White on my trim and it's gorgeous! I highly recommend it. I previously had Alabaster. It was pretty but the yellow undertone I couldn't take anymore, lol! Thanks Kylie!

Help Kylie! First off I just think you are the best and love your videos! I paired Edgecomb Gray with BM Urban Nature in a hallway with chair molding (Edgecomb top, BM White Dove molding, Urban Nature on bottom) and I DON’T Like it at allllll! Before the painters do a 2nd coat and also paint an HUGE living room accent wall with picture framing the Urban Nature I need any advice on what other color to do?! Just do White Dove on bottom? Then what about accent wall? Any help! 💜

Custom made sage green island is coming soon...I initially considered a butcher block for the island, and would like a timeless, classic look. Countertop/backsplash combos that will tie these two together? I'm thinking Calacatta Valentin, or even a Taj vibe. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Your love of subway tile makes sense to me. I have loved white dove since the days of Divine design with Candice Olson. I have white dove on all my millwork and ceilings with Silverplate on my walls with dark hardwood floors. Looks amazing. I realize gray is going out but I still love it. I add color in my finishing touches

Hi Kylie! I think I’ve watched (and rewatched) 50 of your videos by now 😂 Thanks for all the great content! I wondering if you can help me with my dilemma. The painters just put the final coats of white dove on my walls and I’m finally getting to take it all in. I went with white dove walls (matte duration), white dove ceiling (flat), white dove trim/doors/built ins (semi gloss) throughout my entire house. The color on the walls is very pretty and soft. I expected some variation between the finishes… but I’m finding that the trim color is DARKER than the walls. By enough that even my husband noticed. So, I’m panicking 😭 I know you are busy, but I have 3 questions for you: 1. Have you seen/heard of this happening? Is this normal and I should have known better? 2. If I decide I can’t live with it, I’ll have to decide if I should repaint all the walls a darker color OR if I should have the trims repainted with a 50% lighter version of white dove (so. much. work. 😫). What would you do?? I was going for light, fresh walls after having deep taupes/purple from the previous owner. 3. What kelvin number light bulb do you think best suits white dove for nighttime artificial lighting? Thanks so much for all you do!

I have Sherwin Williams Ivory Lace for my trim, basboard and doors, what should I do for wall color? I have Dark Hickory hard wood floors.

This could be the most frustrating video I’ve ever watched. While she said the words “Chanilly Lace” multiple times, she never named the whites on the far right. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought they were either “Too Cool Too Cool” or “Hard No”. So she gives you NO idea which whites to avoid. Maybe it was intentional, but as a person looking for information, it would have been nice to know ALL the names of the whites on the board.

I love the colour and want to paint my accent wall in my north facing family room which has a lot of natural light in the afternoon. I was wondering if glacier white work for the other walls and simply white trim ( that we also have ) however I did see your suggestion of calm white as the color to do with cinnamon slate . 5:34 So happy I found your videos

I kinda really like how certain white/grays bring out the pink in shoji white! Kinda gives a creamy feminine feel? I’d love to contrast that with a dark wood island one day in a kitchen. But would have to see how it would! :)

It's a hideous color, though, neither cinnamon nor slate. Just ..... mauve. I don't know what Benjamin Moore was thinking. I don't think anyone will use this color.

I did Pure White walls last year in my sunroom and White snow as the trim. It looks nice, but I'm seeing it does show the undertones of Pure White. Sooooo, now I am re-painting most of my house and new addtion. I have a SW gray on the walls, and white trim. BUT, I am doing white walls and white trim. So, do you recommend me doing Pure White in an eggshell on the walls and Pure White in a satin on the trim?

I love all of the videos about Cinnamon Slate, but I picked up a sample and it just looks brown on my walls. I have Eastern and Southern light coming in to my office. Maybe I’ll try it in another room with windows on the other side of the house?

Do you have any other suggestion? I really like simply white but I feel like it’s a little too bright. I tried to get cloud white or white dove but it has green undertones. I’d rather see yellow than green undertones.
