im a sandbag main ok, so his downb is a command dodge. all of the directional keys work, the left/right moves him down slightly if in the air and the up just launches him up like a double jump. it's a better recovery, and use the side b to recover away from stage

sandbag tips: ur down-b is a melee air dodge so if u angle it up u can recover without taking damage u can recover with side-b sandbag cant grab legde if u recover with up-b while ur not facing the stage u can move to the direction of the stage to gain horizontal movement this doesnt work if u face the stage back throw and forward throw r ur kill throws up throw and down throw r ur combo throws combos: low percent:down throw->neutral air (kinda chain grab) low percent:down throw->up air low percent:down trow->back/forward air if u read the DI mid percent:up throw->up air juggle high percent:if u cant connect the up air then melee air dodge up and then up air style combo:down/up throw to up-b effective when u have more stocks then the opponent or when ur at low percent back air combos into itself hope this helps u with sandbag ^-^
