I love wrapping presents. I use the Costco ribbon and make a bow with that. Then I use my gifts as decorations around my house. Love how gifts make our home festive. After all, gifts are a big part of the season.

Never use paper plates except for outdoor barbecues or picnics . Use nice dishes for holidays and wash by hand. Saves money.

You asked about bows--so here I go. My absolute most favorite part of Christmas is wrapping gifts. Sounds odd I know. I love wrapping paper, the ribbons, the bows and making the gifts glow under the tree. To me it is absolute magic. This is also why I usually take down the tree about the day after Christmas. It is too sad to see the tree sitting there without all of embellishment of presents. Don't get me wrong--I also love the 'hunting' of Christmas gifts (only shop online if I have to). So I enjoy the chase too, but the wrapping of packages is my fave. p.s. I am almost 70 yoa. Yup I am nuts.

The olive salad is delicious especially on an Italian cold cuts sub sandwich. There is a sandwich called a Muffaletta that an Italian deli near me used to sell before they closed. That sandwich had that olive salad on it.

I use the wood food wrap dispenser boxes and love them! They work great!! I started decorating for Christmas today..it just makes me happy seeing the house all decorated and lit up❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Olive salad is great on sandwiches. It also called mufalata and for some reason Safeways tiny jar of that mufalata salad is very expensive. It's less than 8 oz a jar for $5.00 if not more now

I did buy that bamboo set for baggies. As soon as I got home I regretted it. Suckah! But wait! I’ve had them for months now and I love love love them. They work great are easy to use and keep the drawer tidy. Highly recommend.

I agree with you, I could care less about the bows. I buy those tags every year! We send cards to our family members across the country, and also hand them out to all of our neighbours. I usually include a box of chocolates as well

I know by now you have washed your sweater and jeans, but in the future pre treat with liquid dish soap before washing it's a food stain, you may have to do it more than once but don't dry till it washed out or the stain will set

No bows!!! I actually made fabric gift bags for our family a few years ago. We each have a different color fabric and we reuse the bags every year....but I never used bows before I made the bags 😊
