if you like quiet places then North East India is nice for you. it is one of the real jewels of India undiscovered paradise among foreigners. people there look East Asian, full of tribes and great nature. although the culture has been changed due to half the population converted by Missionaries from UK and USA. still it is great place to visit. you will be surprised how clean n green it is and how simple the people are.

Things to do in Mumbai - Visit Gateway of India, Marine drive, Juhu beach at early evening, elephanta caves Mumbai special food - Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, Dabeli and Chat items like Shev Puri, Dahi puri, Pani puri, bhel etc. If you want to feel real Mumbai vibes then travel in any Mumbai local train during rush hour. It will be a totally different experience than regular train. If you feel scared to enter the train, at least stand on platform during rush hours to get the feeling.😄

India, land of diversity. all other countries are made on sameness but this is the only nation which has been made on diverseness. every state would feel like a different country. in every 50 km dialects, foods, culture change in the country. jungles, deserts, mountains, beaches, volcanoes india has lot to offer. in india temperature ranges from -60c to 52c. though the north india has taken lot of battering from invasions over last 2500 years, the south still maintains some of traditional india's culture. North, south and north-east of the nation are completely different to each other.

Please visit Kailasa Temple at Ellora Caves in Maharashtra India. It's considered greatest architecture in history of mankind, because the way it was built seems unbelievable for even today’s time. The temple was built at least 1300 years ago. No stone or nothing was added they carved a mammoth Granite rock/mountain with intricate details. The Kailasa Temple is notable for its vertical excavation-carvers started at the top of the original rock and excavated downward. At least 400000 tonnes of stones have been removed in the process. About 7000 workers and their future generations worked for 135 years. One small mistake and you have to rebuild the whole temple because it's carved into the rock without adding anything, that too up to down.
@naveex6968 Жыл бұрын
It has secret underground tunnels believed to be leading to underground city which is even more mysterious and government have totally locked that down and no researchers are allowed to go inside. During the reign of Mughal emperor, Aurangzeb, the temple was ordered to be demolished along with other temples nationwide. For the task in 1682 he sent over 1000 labourers especially to destroy Kailasa Temple; they worked for over 3 years, but could barely manage to disfigure the statues here and there. It's the solid granite rock that's made so hard to destroy. Despite of his repeated efforts to tear down Kailasa Temple, Aurangzeb did not found success. Finally he gave up on destroying this temple. This is the same person who has destroyed thousands of ancient temples in India but he could not destroy this one so you can understand the magnanimity of the temple. other than Kailasa Temple there are 99 other cave temples there (100 total) of which 34 are open for public viewing. whole temple complex known at Ellora Caves.

please visit Ranakpur Jain temple and Kumbhalgarh Fort near Udaipur in rajasthan. Ranakpur Jain temple is best and most beautiful architecture remaining in North India. the temple has 1444 columns each one of them looking different than others with intricate details. the audacious architect built it such way that if you remove any one column the entire Temple must come down. that too was done at a time when other parts of India was under foreign rule and thousands of temple were getting destroyed. Temple has a total of 84 underground chambers built to protect idols of the deities from destruction. its over 600 years old but still looks like it was built yesterday. Kumbhalgarh Fort has the second longest wall in the world after Great Wall of China. both can be done in a day.

Guys, you are in the oldest surviving civilization of the world with a history of more than 5000 years and if you consider Mahabharata and Ramayan timeline then add another 5000 years more.
