My sister and I were both molested For years, by this I just want to stress how important it is to be vocal and not to keep quiet .I'm made sure that I let the whole family know at the Family christmas party Everybody as they were walking in.I gave them hugs and I skipped him and when I did that his mother came to me and said why did you disrespect my son this way?And I told her and everybody what he had done to us.My husband proceeded to take him outback and f*#k him up his wife took their 2 kids to the emergency room to get checked.The 5-year Could not hold his bowels and their 13-year-old tried to commit suicide that night and left a note, saying everything that he had done to her. He went to prison for that and stayed there till he caught HIV in there and died of that anyway.Yeah, you know, once we know and find out what's happened to us cause It took till I was 18 to get flashbacks when I finally got sober and I started to really understand Myself and um, yeah, you know, just not to be ashamed And be very vocal

I liked your talk about personal responsibility and handling your trauma and not letting it be an excuse to continue to hurt others. I personally don't like the phrase "forgive them", because I like the idea personally more of "I won't ever forgive them, but I need to let the anger go. That kind of anger is like holding a knife without a handle... it cuts you to hold it." I won't let my abusers live rent free in my head anymore. It's just about saying the same thing differently, because we all interpolate differently.

As a one time street guy who caught a federal case… I 1000 percent co-sign on the facts spoken about how the Feds operate… the most worrisome/stressful part of the Feds is how deep there pockets go… and the patients they have… That combination is EXTREMELY difficult to defend yourself against. As for FKA Twigs, I've been in her position multiple times (and never will again). My last ex went through the same explosive route -- strangling, head hitting sharp corners and causing lasting damage, SA'ing while I was out cold, and still the verbal abuse was almost (in my mind) worse. If someone told me that he was run over by a train, my only response would be, "Good." The relationship ended way back in 2011 and yes, I still feel that way. As far as I know he hasn't changed at all. As far as he's concerned, I was crazy and it was all in my head and I'd say anything to watch him suffer.🙄 I've forgiven my first ex for domestic but he never SA'd me or anything like the other one did. My first was hella violent, don't get me wrong. There were still scores of bruises and busted furniture. But now, decades later, he's the kind of person I stay actual friends with. He feels more like family now than he did when we were married. Why am I so lenient? Because he realized his problems needed to be dealt with and did so. Not to get me back, not to save his own ass -- but because he knew it was the right thing to do. He was also man enough to admit to the things he's done no matter who asked him. He didn't want to leave room to become the person he saw in his future, so he manned up and made changes. I can respect that. And if he got hit by a train I'd be horrified. I don't think I'd be feeling this way about him if he ever SA'd me though. That shit's a fully matured pandemic and it needs to stop. So much love for the JD Delay fam!! (Remember newbies this comment is about abusers, not the abused. I won't defend my choices to trolls so just relax, realize you don't have all the info, and accept this for what it is)

I like you, but you really shouldn't speak on dietary advice. This is a subject for qualified professionals because what you said is entirely wrong and could do harm for some people. Nobody should be eating multiple times a day, body types do not matter, and nobody needs carbs as a fuel source. The optimal diet for humans as a species is the meat and fat from large ruminant animals, carbs and plants in general are contraindicated and should be excluded entirely. The recommended daily allowance of carbs/calories is always zero. We evolved on meat, which is a zero carb food, if you keep eating carbs you will develop problems down the road, it is absolutely inescapable. We were not desigened to eat carbs. Carbs are simply a choice, and a bad one at that. Our brains prefered and most optimal fuel source is and will always be Ketones, and will only achieve the fat burning metabolism known as ketosis on a low to no carb diet, which flips the metabolic switch from using as fuel to fat as fuel. All a human needs is one simple nutrient rich food, fatty red meat. Your audience would do well to not be following the likes of: V Shred, Lame Norton, or anyone else who advocates the use of carb consumption or has uneducated claims about CICO (Calories in Calories out). Follow instead: Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Ken Berry, Professor Bart Kay, Edward Goeke, Homestead How, and many more carnivor advocates and doctors who are actively helping people heal, get in shape, and cure diseases. With that said, everyone is free to find the diet that makes you happy and healthy, but one should also be approaching with caution and listening to the experts, all frauds are being exposed and these frauds have large audiences that they shouldn't have. I love what you are doing with your channel but please, respectfuly, stay in your lane and only speak upon what you know when it comes to diet and nutrition, doctors typically have fewer than 12 hours of nutritional training by the time they leave med school, as well as nutritional information is always evolving. There is always more to learn but doctors rarely study nutrition because their job is to make a diagnosis and profit from pushing medications, not actually helping people.

Like your channel man just the screaming gets to me, I can only watch few minutes at a time. Plus I’m not ugly I have a great life and because I disagree and call you out doesn’t mean I’m ugly. Don’t wanna seem rude but sometimes folks disagree and if it didn’t bother you wouldn’t have call folks ugly.
