Your therapist was so sweet. 💕 The one thing that amazed me about Japan was the sheer organization and politeness of their communities. I felt like I would be taken care of everywhere I went. People can be so mean in America and it was crazy that I didn't see even one person being loud or rude while I was there.

Wow, I’m amazed how polite and kind she is. Massages in America don’t usually have someone preparing you for where they will be touching you. Like when she says “I will be massaging your collarbone, excuse me.” 😧 I’ve never had anything like that said to me during a massage in America.
@bighoodie43152 жыл бұрын
Right? Even in canada, as soon as you get in the room they go totally silent and you never know where they're going to massage next. I appreciate the quiet but also a little direction would be nice! I think that's only bigger business tho, my neighbor was a massage therapist working out of her home and she asked before doing new things or massaging new places.

@pierrerossouw60833 жыл бұрын
This point is often just referred to as CV 23 .It is one of the main lines of the "conception vessel" and includes pancreas, kidneys (the actual pressure point is just a touch closer to the lip) and even down to the male gonads. The area can stretch down under the chin and even just up to the Adam's apple in men. .Finding the meridian cross-point can help a lot with bladder issues, especially when CV23 is correctly stimulated and is so powerful it is even known as a common and important strike point in open hand combat as it can inflict real damage to an attacker.

Japan has many technologies and inventions that other countries don't know yet!
@Aki-hono_133 жыл бұрын
It's actually not that new of a technology just an added setting, like on the forehead is not the real temperature, the difference is computed by the thermometer and added. Where I live, with the same thermomether, temp can be taken in the ear (with a non-reusable cap), the forehead or the arm depending on what the patient and/or doctor prefers 😅. But Japan is smart in that this setting became popular and automatic in thermometer because it's not fine to invade personal space for no reason 😉.

Now that you tryed shiatsu massage definetly try the ashiatsu one! I always go atleast once a month and my ashiatsu massage is a mix of traditional balinese massage, ashiatsu and going to a chiro cuz they always crack me 😆 Once I tryed that never went back to other styles of massages!

is the ashiatsu one more intense?? I've never had a massage before
@anelabosnjak37353 жыл бұрын
@@taylorshaw7156 Correct the ashiatsu one is more intense. If you have really bad back problems you should try it. Ashiatsu is where they massage you by walking on you 😆 Mine therapist is also able to crack my back with their feet. As weird as it sounds it gives you great relief. But I do recommend you to try a normal massage first. If the pressure was not enough then you should proceed to ashiatsu (that's what I did).
