@ I would choose the Beachman, for sure. Unless you have to go with lead acid.

I'm interested in buying however living in an apartment is a huge factor with owning these bikes. I don't have a way to store and charge them without bringing them up :(. Any advice or information about this would be appreciated thanks.

I have seen other bikes this style that have an off road mode that increases the speed. Is that the case here ? Also if using it off road is there a way to get the bike to go a little faster?

restricted to 32km/h dunno what the off road/unrestricted speed is but assuming its like most others 50-60km/h
