@@cringecap4936 I actually didn't use any method! I just made my self as comfortable as possible and relaxed completely, then I slowly felt the things around me without a script or position! The biggest flaw is getting too excited or nervous so keep being relaxed and you'll shift! Everyone has different ways of shifting, keep trying positons and scripts and sounds and see what yields the most results! I personally get the best results from being tired, comfortable, and listening to this sound. Good luck! :)

YOOO THIS WORKS A BIT TOO WELL!! I was in Liyue and decided to buy a kite because there was a festival, so I ran around the red staircases just enjoying the atmosphere and flying the kite. I really wasn’t planning on talking with any of the characters because I didn’t want to mess up the timeline or something, so as I was running I seriously bumped into one group that walked out of one of the cafes and dropped my kite. So I turned to the person I literally smashed myself into to apologise and ALL AND BEHOLD CHILDE. I REMEMBER THE WHOLE ASS CONVERSATION TOO “Wow! Almost got you there, what’s the hurry?” Me: I was just enjoying the event, didn’t really see you coming, sorry! “Or anyone for that Matter eh?” (Said it with a smirk) I just smiled at him and apologised again for bumping so hard. He was with four other masked futui, looked like they were headed somewhere so I just told him to feel free to go on his way (As I said I don’t wanna mess some timelines or smth when I’m there for a quick visit) but he turned to the futui and told them to go and that he’ll catch on soon after. After that he turned to me and just tilted his head to the side “You’re not from around here are you?” “What makes you think that?” “I just haven’t seen you around the city is all” “Oh so you know everyone in the city?” “Almost, I don’t know you yet” The whole conversation was so smooth and sweet, we were watching the people have fun at the festival, besides he did have his teasing moments but he said he has to go and to catch up later. It was fun but I don’t think we’d catch up later, he may be a bit bumped after discovering he can’t find me :”) great experience really! Shifting or not, it did make me smile so I’m glad I found this vid 💕

Literally like- a couple nights ago I had this dream with a bunch of the main characters from Genshin, mostly mondstadt characters but Diluc was there holding me really tight and talking about something in a desperate tone, I don't remember what he was talking about because all I was focused on was making the embrace feel more real and on shifting. You don't have to use the starfish position. It just makes it easier to get the feeling of shifting. But it's more important that you feel comfortable and are able to fall asleep. So feel free to use any position you like. I personally prefer lying on the side and I only successfully shifted in this position

IMS O HAPPY i worked so hard for this...... finally after months of trying and no motivation it happened!!! i did the method where you imagine yourself walking on the genshin loading screen bridge and i got so excited but made sure to stay calm. i walked through the door and i was standing in and i was at inazuma city.... i could feel the warm breeze and the sakura petals falling on my shoes which looked like hu taos shoes. and i just took a stroll along the trail, across the bridge and it was the most peaceful thing i've ever felt in my life. i'm gonna keep trying again and try to see yoimiya.

Believe it or not but I think I saw a fire because I scripted that we (me, albedo, Klee, aether, Paimon, Jean) were gathering around in a fireplace cause of how cold the weather is. Day 1: Small headache, I gotta study but at night I'll become serious. Day 2: At night, I meditated with the cracking fire and I felt I was in the teapot kitchen. From time to time I could feel the heat of the flame and the smell of grilled ticker fish. When I went to bed, there were times where I could convince myself I was in my serenitea pot room. First I decided to get furniture views (seen myself from different angles in the room) so I could get an idea of space (when I close my eyes I always feel that places become smaller, but the teapot is big so I have to believe there's a lot of space to convince my brain). I could feel my body light and my mind clear, in some sort of transition, but that feeling wouldn't let me sleep cuz I soon I focused on that a heavy feeling of conciusness would hit me, hard, so at some point I accidentally opened my eyes. From then, I tryed to sleep normally cuz I had to wake up early in the morning. I'll try tomorrow again. Day 3: I did convince myself i was in my teapot bedroom but didn't wake up in my dr, just fell asleep normally. I lacked some meditation cuz I had to study, but I'll keep working on it. Day 4: I swear I was truly convinced but it just didn't work. I'm pretty chill about it but anyways... Day 5-13: Exams Week! Sleeping who? What is that? Day 14: I dreamed with Ittou and a monolith... what? Tonight I'm going to swap methods. I saw a customized version or Raven method that looks as if it was mixed with sunni and some hypnosis, I'll try that and let you know what happened. Day 15: Noooo! I failed! I'll explain myself: This method requires you to lay down in a comfortable position and don't move. You count to 50 (i counted to 100 cuz i couldn't relax if not) and imagine yourself in wherever place you want to wake up. When you're convinced and start feeling sleepy, imagine a clock swinging in front of you (like in hypnosis type of thing) while repeating to yourself some phrases such us "When I wake up I'll be in my dr...", etc. Then, when you start feeling symptomps (flashing lights, swaying, feeling hot or cold, etc) you fall asleep and should wake up on your DR. I was during he swinging clock part but fell asleep too soon and failed... Ahhh too bad! I'll try again tonigh. I did have an interesting dream though, but it wasn't about Genshin so kinda dissappointed. Day 16: Ok, I fell asleep again before finishing the exercise. I think I'll relax tonight because it's starting to frustrate me and I'll keep going later. Day 17 (after break): Returning to this video with energy, let's see how it goes tonight! Day 18: Didn't shift. My cat has decided to be annoying lately. There are cats in my teapot so I tried to convinced myself but I didn't shift in the end cuz I wouldn't fall asleep and I don't like nonsleeping methods. Day 19: I saw flashing lights even though my eyes were closed, as if the sun was hitting me from a window. But I always fall asleep before finishing my method T-T Day 20: I felt cold, but not like in a cold night when you tremble. It was more as if it came from my insides and extended to the outsides. Then again, I fell asleep before finishing my method... Day 21: I couldn't concentrate properly so I couldn't visualize where I wanted to appear correctly. Aside from that, I managed to finish the method, but as I was finishing some bizarre thoughts and images such as "the economy is a desert land that belongs to no one" and a film roll spinnig came to my mind. I ended up falling asleep and didn't wake up in my dr... Days in between shifting days: I can't sleep, the methods won't let me sleep these days, I'm taking a break.

I rubbed my eyes and saw the beautiful scenery of mondstats beach soon me and paimom headed to mondstat there We headed to Kathrine to do commsions we quickly dealt with all the mobs in the commsions after hours we finally finished and returned back to kathrine to claim the rewards soon Paimon started complaining Paimons hungry! And you realised your stomach began to growl, we ate some sweet madame due to Paimons request while paimon was eating happily i had my eye on Timmie to see if he was looking at me or not after eating we decided to head to Liyue for a small visit , we haven't gone there in a long time there we took a break at Wangshuu inn after a nights break we resumed are journey by evening we arrived at the gates of Liyue i met Hu tao , Zhongli, Yanfei, Ningguang etc i had a incredible time there we tried a lot of food due to Paimons suggestions surprisingly we met Childe there me and Paimon had our eyes on him the whole time meanwhile he just kept on smiling all the time.

I've been ruminating on what I'd like to do with my life career wise. I'm pretty messed up mentally because of all the abuse I collected throughout my lifetime. So I do want to do something to help other people who suffer with ptsd the way I do. I've found a pretty unexpected route to go with as well. It's Hypnotherapy. Oh and if you were wondering. There's a difference between stage hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I have a special interest in things to do with life outside this current world we live in. I loathe this planet. Anyways, I just so happened to stumble upon a type of hypnotherapy where people visit past lives. In the community of people who practice this method. There's alot of talk about "Shifting" to a "New Earth". Every year, they get riled up and talk about how they feel the shift coming "soon, soon. Before the end of this year." Year after year they say this. This got me thinking, if we have the ability to do such a thing as traverse our conscious minds through different lives throughout the multiverse. Then why not travel to them and manually shift our consciousness' into them for good? So, with this question in mind and with much deliberation, I've decided to develop a hypnosis technique to get someone to totally shift their consciousness into a fantasy world. As for what happens with the body left over. I think swapping it in with another consciousness would suffice. Although I would love to see something like a "rapture" where good people are beamed up, in a suspiciously extraterrestrial manner, and disappear just before the Earth goes into chaos mode. I'm not that patient. And frankly, I'm bored of just sitting around and waiting hopelessly like the rest of the dolts who wish for this "shifting" into a "New Earth" to come to them. I just want to help people escape from the prison your mind becomes after the abusers and the abuse shatters everything to pieces and you're left alone to try and make sense of all the broken pieces and put everything together again. I want to help people who feel as helpless as I do.
