I love how John Mackey says he has enough, now he can give it away to those who need it and can use it. I wish more billionaires would say "I have enough." And stop hoarding resources that can be brought alive, out of stagnation, and into the flow by giving it to those who need it. I was very surprised when he started making judgments about certain foods and things that he believes are bad for people. if he just sticks to loving, that’s all he really needs to worry about. The judgment is worse for people than the thing itself that you call unhealthy. That’s just your belief.

I've never listened to a podcast that was so incredibly timely. Just after I listened to it I discovered that a couple of people had directed an attack at me (as well as some others) that really took me by surprise and prompted a strong sense of indignation and vulnerability. However, I kept applying John's mantra of having an open heart as time after time negative contracting feelings arose. Each time the negative thoughts and feelings would arise - and they kept happening over and over and over - I switched to feeling an open heart. It was such a valuable experience to recognise that being in the feeling of an open heart (or at least as open as you can manage it) is so much a better feeling than being in the negative feelings that kept arising. As John says, resentment poisons you, not the other person. Thank you both, John and Lewis.

This is awesome! Thank you for sharing your wisdom John and Lewis for always asking amazing questions. I enjoyed all of it and the part about promoting, selling, or serving. My perspective: whatever our beliefs are will create our reality and we have to live authentically to our own values. I felt myself going through this too. Stress has just as much impact as any particular object, food, etc. so there is definitely a balance as we adapt and evolve into this state of love. I agree re: judgements, etc. and I find by being ourselves, we shine a beautiful light. There is more likely chaos to ensue in an alcohol rich environment because the average vibration of that space lowers and it impacts our own reality if we don't take the redirection. Love is powerful, a strength, and the most beautiful sight. There is only one source; it is pure, loving, kind, certain, abundant, and true.

Very informative. Western world japan south corea would not have achieved such progress if all of it is based on the winner and the looser. Only win win brings progress and wealth.
