I was the art director for this video,and I gotta say,they were such a great group of guys,humble and polite to every crew member. Will happily do another video for them anyway. Great track aswell.

God, I love this song, and the kiwi vibe - Aussies always claim their music is better, but it's just more mainstream. This is what Kiwi music is all about - thank you, from those of us who appreciate you ❤❤❤

Love Shihad - and I’m a pohm! Got to meet Jon in Chch around 10 years ago on his acoustic tour! 😎🔥

As an Aussie musician with a Kiwi wife i say this "Aussies always claim their music is better" is a load of rubbish, I've NEVER heard that in my entire life and I've been playing for over 40 years... Say what you like about your love for music but drop that chip on your shoulder about Aussies, I've heard it so many times it's now a meme...
@trudimclaren430125 күн бұрын
@MickH60 no, it is a thing - I hear from all Aussies and Americans I've met that Australian music is so much better. Get off your high horse - I respect you for believing it isn't the case, but you have your head in the sand.

In all honesty apart from a few of their classic radio bangers I never really paid much attention to shihad earlier in their career - guess I was young then and had more of a taste for way heavier less-radio friendly metal blah blah etc... you know how it is. But some of their stuff I've heard in more recent years has made me prick up my ears in their direction hah.. guess that's what happens when you get a bit older and more mature (im a dad now too) and all the intense angsty hard-core shit starts to lose a bit of it's novelty and appeal... 😅🤔😐 anyway I'm loving this track enough to get all d&m in the comments so they must be doing something right in my book! Peace

This song has a chorus where I can just picture the crowd bouncing along to in unison at a live gig. Another corker of a track from a band that just keep getting better with every new album.

When I hit hard times, I always turn to Shihad. When I am happy and want something to bop to, Shihad. When Im angry and need to chill, Shihad. When I am sad, and want to feel better, Shihad. My wife and I had to put our little dog down unexpectedly two days ago, and honestly I am not coping. So I turned to Shihad and discovered a new jam, and it had me bopping from start to finish. Thanks guys, being born in 1991, you have always been there my entire life and I am so grateful.

Love this track! Already got tickets... can't wait! First time I saw you guys was at the Adelaide Uni on the Barr Smith lawns opening for Filter. GE had just been released, so maybe around 2000? Raw fucking energy coming off the stage! Jon launched in to the crowd mid-song still riffing, facing the stars being passed across the top of the mosh. No phones, no filming, straight appreciation for a rockin' live band. After you finished your set I was thinking "Shee-it!! how could the main act top that?".... they couldn't .... they didn't SHIHAD 🤘
