Something is shifting for me in 2025. I’ve spent 20 plus years fighting approximately a 2 week threshold of discipline; eating and drinking rubbish, getting far too little sleep and consistently prioritising the wrong things. So far this year over a month no gaming, no refined sugar, no processed carbs, better sleep, more meditation, more physical training, less dependency on screens. I don’t know why the shift is so comprehensively happening now but I’m very grateful, everything is feeling better (more natural/ more peaceful).

Attachment is the problem. This is 100% true master. I sometimes think about how my life would be if I had nothing like no home, no car, no job…etc! This is one of the reasons that I have been meditating. Thank you so much and I always appreciate your wisdom my dear master 🙏

I feel this message within my soul. There was a time when I was focused on the material; I felt like I hadn't accomplished what I should have because I didn't own a home and couldn't afford material things. I learned that nothing matters and that getting new things is only a temporary "fix." I would get something, and it wouldn't take long for me to think I needed something else. My car is 17 years old; I love that car not because of the material aspect of the car but because I have something that helps me move around and serves its purpose; I take care of it and do what I need to do to maintain it. I will have it until it doesn't work anymore. I hope it's another 17 years, but I am not attached to it, and when the time comes for me to let it go, I will. People tell me all the time I need to get a new car, and I always respond with, "I'm okay, I love my car." My car broke down around Christmas and I didn't have it for 27 days due to repairs. I wasn't upset, I managed and made it through just fine. When I told people I couldn't attend something because I didn't have my car, they were more upset than I was on my behalf. I found myself comforting them over my car problems, which I found to be funny. I don't own a home, I rent an apartment, I used to long to own a home, and it caused much distress because I couldn't seem to get to a point where I could own. I stopped caring about owning a home many years ago. I live in a wonderful community where half the people who live here know my name and love my dog. I can't leave my apartment without someone waving at me or saying hello. I visit my neighbors and serve the elderly by helping them with technology or bringing them food I cook. I am beyond grateful for the people I am connected with here. I take my dog into the front office daily to visit the workers there so they can get a break from the work that they are doing and bring a smile to their faces when my dog runs to them and shows them, love. When I miss a day, I am asked where I am and told they missed the visit by my dog. Animals are amazing. I had the same phone since 2018, I didn't get another one until a few months ago, and it was only because the phone wasn't functioning correctly anymore. Living my life like this has brought me so much joy. I feel whole, I am grateful, and people see it within me; they ask me for advice and assistance all the time, and I am honored to serve them. I don't care about the latest and greatest. Sometimes, I still mess up and get caught up in my monkey brain, but I can catch myself through awareness and ground myself again. I forgive myself for my mistakes, learn from them, and move on. I am mastering this every day. I do my best to help others get to this place, too.

Very important, beautiful message... Especially regarding politicians choices.... Detach from circumstances beyond our control... I am not in charge of traffic, weather, etc ... I am only in control of my own thoughts, actions, responsesand adptation to circumstances. The great Creator is in control of all the big things... Thank you so much.👣🧘🌬️🌎🌏🌍💦🌿🌄🌌

I have lived on my own for 18 years, just me and my boys. The last 8 being the happiest, owning my old house and having an allotment was my sanctuary. I met someone and we just moved into a new big house, it’s a massive change and I’m still trying to get to grips with it. Having new things doesn’t always make you happy. 🙏❤️

There are no wrong foods, only your stressed and overthinking attitude towards life determines how much body deals that "wrong food" but never give up totally that demonic stress and overthinking just let the givin up, and thinking with logic results be real friends to each others❤

I realized this and being a Carnivore as well I was much more able to look at the worst fears, to question all my addiction cravings to understand root cause & practice soothing or surround my life with meditation plus. No more positions, nothing fear, flowing with what you sense within. This is excellent! Fear is the weapon, their BioPsychoSocialwar against us. Learning to face fear despite the terror, small steps forward while grounding the body.❤ Awakening is now so peaceful hearing my gentle breathing, I notice the sensory pleasures and let my mind recall all I’m grateful for and appreciate today! It’s a huge shift from 15 yrs of root cause healing holistically.❤

NICE ! I Like Dr Paul Saladino, Dr Berg, Dr Mark Hyman and others. Now Bryan Johnson is coming with all kinds of research and great results, Vegan or carnivore, people can do longevity, he takes heme iron for that.

12 Fertig.🏁

How many hours if sleep? Eat last meal 3 hours before sleep and you will sleep more hours. The heart beat is lower when you don't digest and you can rest much better. Magnesium 3 hours before sleep and vitamin B1 LIPOSOLUBLE called BENFOTAMINE will help a lot.
