I'm stuck here with severe anxiety and depression for the past 4-5 years after having a girl a job friends, doing things all the time. to losing everything having no one, not leaving my house for so long I'm lost and nothing is changing, if you feel like this your not alone. I don't feel like I can go on like this for much longer, I just wanted to say if you feel like this your not alone I pray things get better for us.

Everything is in your power. Today could be your last day or your first day. When I felt trapped, I wrote a list of achievable tasks, anything from cleaning to exercising to grocery shopping. I made a list of jobs that needed doing eg gardening, home improvement. I listened to upbeat music and sought out new music. I tried to see a future that I controlled rather than circumstances dictated. Good luck 👍

He is a very convincing salesman. However the sales pitch is unfortunately a grift. The baritone voice, mesmerising, ever seen a dog wag its tail whilst biting, a conman smile as he releaves you of the last of hard earned cash, a psychopath smile as they stab someone in the back. Shi Heng Yi is a disciple in the Shaolin Lineage. This has been the case for the last year. Monroe Couloumbe is not an Abbot hes just a very naughty boy. Shi Heng Yi is not a Shaolin Master. He's a martial arts practitioner of various styles. The product he sells under false advertising. If you complain about the fraudulent unethical and unmoral buisenss practice you will see the true nature. An aggressive narcissist who will make threats with recovery agencies. When you use societal norms, common decency and intimidation tactics to releave people of their hard earned cash under false pretence. This is a sociopath with little to no empathy. Possibly NPD, the man is a complete walter mitty. Like others have said do not fall for the lies

A thought is nothing without a bond emotion to it. Thoughts can’t hurt emotions do. Thinking negative doesn’t make a human negative since they are only that thoughts. Emotions bonded to that thoughts can be destructive on the other hand. Humans simply associate certain thinking with good and bad one creating their own misery. Memories can’t hurt as well it’s the emotions people can’t stand. What you say doesn’t matter as much as how you say it. The tonality is important not the words since a soul don’t speak language only your mind understand language but who would listen to a stranger on the internet 😂 there are a lot of „spiritual“ people talking more nonsense than American politicians and most is inefficient as well.

"Translate what is in the mind into action. 💛 [...] Make it visible in front of you, not just inside of you." We generally know what is best for us ie. what we need to do to feel better physically, mentally and spiritually. The challenge, as I see it, lies in the difficulty in exercising our will to put it into action. Will is essential. Sometimes it is useful to practice the counting "1, 2, 3, do it" technique.

🙌🙏 I remember exactly what resonated for me when I came across Shi Heng Yi's Videos of Qi Gong and other teachings 3.5 years ago: it was HARMONY & PEACE. And - I know now (felt it 'only' intuitively back then), the chance to redefine DISCIPLINE for myself. Beautiful, that this video pops up around this time of the year as Qi Gong guided me through some tough circumstances where I would have been lost otherwise. Just in time delivery 😅. Closing a cycle. Forever grateful ❤ Regarding comfort zone - I'd like to add my experience and perspective. Maybe it is helping someone out there. I have been out of my comfort zone my whole life. I have now entered my comfort zone and that is the most comforting feeling. 🙏🥰

I agree with you but I think that the intention of these videos is rather to give us a certain perspective of things, might apply to us, might not. I've read a lot of comments here about people's lives, their losses, their hardships and pains. I experienced similar, and what pulled me out of it was having a vision. Imagining, and seeing the possibility of something better and believing it. That led to me ultimately leaving the United States and moving abroad. I'm happier because I connected with others who I resonate with... I feel like I found myself... but still not everything is perfect, I have challenges (but not like before)... and so I'm cultivating my vision for what's next, and I am going after that.

Very inspiring but I can't seem to find peace for the past 5 years and feel lost every day since Vicky passed away 😢. After seeing this video I am going to meditate and try to let go but I just can't at the moment 😢. Am sure there's other people struggling but you are not alone, we need to keep fighting 🙏

I am very sorry for your loss. I lost my dearest husband in may; he was 45 years old; a most wonderful person he was. It is so hard to let go; to continue ,to move on...

Very simple teachings but yet so deep. When he says get out of comfort or your not going to grow. This is like humanity in the 99.9% in one. Incredible hey like I have much learning to do but been out of comfort zones allows growth and opens doors. I also like transform knowledge into action. We all have so many ideas but we procrastinate so much that they only stay ideas. They often go to the graveyard with us to. Procrastination kills dreams. Thank you for the video

Ive read The Art of War and The Book of Five Rings. Now im apparently an "asshole" because i keep to myself and reserve my words. And when i talk it's short and blunt. Words not need be wasted. But words cannot always express feelings. I learned this not only through these books, but through my best friend who taught me how to fight, when to back down, and when to debate. Been 2 years since he passed, but i know he's in a better place.
