From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later,

@Kevin-jb2pv4 жыл бұрын
@@erranw Most mushrooms have cell walls that are just sort of hard for your body to break down raw, cooking them helps break the cells down so that your body can get at the goodies inside much easier. That's what he means by "they provide no nutritional value when raw" - your body just has to work too hard to get at the nutritional bits when they're uncooked to provide much net benefit. Also, depending on the strain, mushrooms can have some chemicals in them that aren't super great for your body. Of course, some strains are straight up lethal if unprepared, but most edible mushrooms, when raw, fall more into the category of "hard on your liver/ kidneys/ other organs to process" and/ or slightly carcinogenic. Cooking them pretty well destroys the chemicals that cause this issue. Paul Stamets talks about it on his interview on the Joe Rogan show, and he's written about it in his books, too. hostdefense.com/blogs/host-defense-blog/raw-mushrooms It's a blog post, I know, but the actual articles I found all had links that were a billion miles long. It's a good start though.
