I had similar leg massage in china minus the scraping. My dad and I was in comstant agony the whole 45 minutes session while my brother was very relaxed. Massues explained that the pain was due to accumulation of something they called “sour blood” due to bad lifestyle and diet. My younger brother was indeed the healthier and more active one in the family. You are very very healthy compare to me and my dad ShiLi😁

@@telikaandfam haha..my dad actually came into our room out of the ordinary that night and asked us about the massage. Honestly me and my bro both agreed we didn’t feel much difference but my dad said he felt amazing. He kept pressing his joints here and there and said the old pain or discomfort are mostly gone. He also had a weaker right knee which he said got fixed after the massage. He was squatting up and down to prove to us…funny memory. But his weak knee is back again not long after we are back from china lol

It might be linked to endorphin releases. Basically by inducing pain on your foot, you will be able to handle more pain on other places for a period of time. I used to suffer from back pain because I had a really weak core strength. I was in agony during my first and only chiropractic session years ago. I even though they were scammers lol. The next day I actually feel less pain when I'm doing stretches. But my "extra flexibility" only last a day or two 😂 Now that I know the real reason, I try to focus on building the right muscles to hold my whole upper body so my back won't suffer.

You know it’s good when they break out the power tools for your feet.😂 About 8 years ago i took my sister and her family for manicures and pedicures before our cousin’s wedding and the attendant used power tool (dremel like) on my brother-in-law’s feet. Great session as always. Thank you

Those are actually quite common, and if someone uses the right-grade tool for them, they are made for the job and explicitly sold as motors for that type of work (high power, sometimes with a gearbox on the motor axle for more torque on the tool used). I had a similar thing when I was having trouble with my feet and the skin around some toenails had to be loosened (for whatever reason the skin kept adhering itself to the underside of the nail instead of separating at some point, which was problematic with cutting my nails, obviously).

I still don't know why spa videos like this make me feel more relaxed, but it does and that's the most important. In 2021 I had a thyroid issue and had lots of anxiety and stress, sometimes all my thougts came when I tried to sleep, this is when I discovered your videos. Hormonal issues suck so much, while it wasn't a thyroid issue (or at least, exams done weren't pointing in that direction) I had something similar in 2020. I hope everything got sorted out and your thyroid is behaving itself again.
