It really is a good layout. With the lot size and backing up to the natural landscaping it's a no brainer!

I bought the exact model on the beginning of the video. I can't express how badly it is constructed. I do not have a single straight wall in the house. The frame is covered in particle board, even the roof. Floor plan is great, quality of craftsmanship is below average.
