Oil pulling is basically swishing cold press coconut oil between teeth and gums for like 10-20 minutes and then spit it. And then wait for 15-20 minutes to brush teeth. It helps with gum healing if you have gum bleeding or gum inflammation it works It also helps with bad odour. Makes your teeth white Coconut oil has antiseptic properties so it kills bacteria. It also removes toxins from body . Its better than mouthwashes.
