We do not have any specific specs for this new Beastmaster 9000B. When we do we will gladly pass them on. These reels are the same as the Japanese versions, except in English. They do offer a BM6000 in Japan. I have no idea what is the same across the 6000/9000 if anything.

“What are specs for the upgraded gigamax motor? Is it the same as the Japanese MD’s? The MD 6000 is similar in size of the US 9000, yet weighs 2.4 more lbs and has less line capacity, because the MD motor is 40 percent larger and stronger.
