YOU DID IT!! I always was curious why these videos didnt exist at all, and you finally made it! (Or, I finally found it)

Impressive! I tried to do the same for Microshift's Advent X, but my setup was much less precise. I ended up with garbage data with too much noise. I see that you've measured Advent X already.

Yeah, it's tricky to set up a rig to track the jockey. I want to CAD up my rig and do a video on it.

Righto, so it seems that Dynasys and Linkglide are likely the same pull ratio, and we are entering back to (some) Shimano cross compatibility (at least at the MTB end of the spectrum) ...

It certainly appears to be the case!

How do you determine where the second largest and second smallest cogs sit in the derailler's range?

I really should do a video on this since a visual explanation would be helpful. Basically, I know where the jockey wheel is in relation to the mounting point/dropout. I assume the dropout is about 8mm wide, and that the smallest cog is inset about 3 mm more. To find the second smallest cog, I just add the cog pitch (ex 4.05mm for LinkGlide). For the second largest cog, I just keep adding the cog pitch for each gap in between.
