Love minky backing. I have a long arm and I use a hand vac as I cut to pick up the fuzz, then put it in the dryer, but love your idea of using press n seal too! I’ll try that next time! Also make sure the stretch goes horizontally across the width when loading. Higher quality “minky” mainly stretches one direction with minimal stretch the other direction, so cutting and loading the minky backing with the stretch going the right direction helps a lot.

This past weekend I worked on the last of 5 Kimberbell little polar bears from the newest Bella Box. They are Christmas presents for my 5 grands. I have to make the two larger ones for their parents next.

Regarding using Pellon 987F in table runner as you discussed in this video ... do you use that INSTEAD of batting, or WITH batting? I am in Ontario, Canada, but I am planning a trip to Joanne's in the next few weeks ... I watch your videos on replay ( at 1.5 speed lol) daily for the last 6 months ...I thoroughly enjoy them
