Hit back+taunt and then mash down+taunt until he gets out his rice ball then you unlock this version of Akuma (with a double air fireball and some new supers).
I would never have found this but shoutout to @b_HAUNT who first let me know this was in the game. This is so big that there's an IGN video on it but if anyone knows who first found it, please post it in the comments.

You can actually see a ton of Oni in Akuma's SF6 design and skillset, especially in the lava hands and white mane. Oni's canon, but in the same way Evil Ryu is canon -- a hypothetical that could happen. And Akuma's getting there fast.

Would be neat but they'd probably have to be nerfed versions. The ones obtained through the secret Shin Akuma Install taunt are very broken, even for Level 2 supers. Both of them start up instantly and have loads of i-frames meaning he can use them on reaction to anything the opponent tries to do. KKZ in particular has loads of active frames too, which as we see in the vid means he can use it as a meaty setup on knockdown for pressure.

@@vulcan422 They're double edged swords They're both pretty fast but not instant and can drop in combos, especially because despite being both LV2s they do not cancel from anything but normals like LV1s, and are SUPER minus, even for Supers. And yeah all LV2s are invincible Plus Shin install only lasts a round so that sucks

Imagine if Shin Akuma was match-practical. Like he could sacrifice 75% HP to become Shin Akuma, but only once per match and only before round start. A temper to the terror, if you will. Also, I think the CVS2 Shin Akuma OST would have gone nicely for this video. The Alpha 3 OST has an early loop so that might not have worked.
