The Shin in the final film is done by 100% CGI actually. This end up not use, like at all. Yes, even the mouth roar scene. There are Behind the scene and they show the CGI progress

Yeah, but this didn't use the animatronic for the entire film for Shin Godzilla, but it's budget handled better than Hollywood.
