Yup. The first time I fought Shiva and couldn't kill Ananta on that turn it was summoned, it healed Shiva back half it's HP where he was at the red line. I almost raged right there, especially cuz I was playing on Hard Mode.

I lied actually, I saw something about changing the language and it switches to Kei Amemura in Vengeance so it's probably in Vanilla V. HOWEVER it is in the games files, which FAZ has shown his name.

Firstly, Shiva was one of the Superbosses in Digital Devil Saga 2 alongside Vishnu, Seth & Satan. Additionally, Shiva was already a Superboss in the orignal SMTV. Secondly, I take it your other commet meant that the Canon of Vengeance doesn't have a Neutral ending, since there are infact two neutral endings within the original game's story; the Canon of Creation.

you can fight Shiva & Demi-Fiend in both Routes, only Satan & Masakados are the Super boss that tied to 1 of the Routes with Satan tied to Canon of Vengeance & Masakados tied to Canon of Creation

Dunno if I overprepared but he wasnt that bad this time around. Was on hard and he went down pretty quickly. Could get a good fifth of his health with every critical round.
