I'm leaning towards the English Shin Megami Nocturne version. I know the version you posted is English patched but I'm guessing that is fan translated. I also understand they have a Europe version called: Lucifers Call. From what I understand Lucifers call is just the English version of Nocturne without any difference other than the name. other then Raidou Replacing Dante there aren't many other changes but one important thing to know (assuming you plan to get the True Demon ending.) Is that Raidou has the pierce ability while Dante does not, and if you aim to have an easier time with Lucifer or you know, wan't to do more then 50 damage, your going to wan't pierce. Its sad because Dante is so bad ass that I kept him in my party anyway, even though he was only doing about 150 damage at most while the rest of my party was hitting for about 900+

yeah but the file it made wasn't an iso, though I did get it working in the end, just took about 3 attempts. But hey I'm up to Forneus and everything seems to be checking out okay, graphics in the game are just a bit wonky, everything is either see through or textures are overlapping (thats probably just the emulator though)

Rendering the game in Hardware mode caused me to have transparent textures and such. Switching over to Software mode fixed this issue, but it does cause the video to become compressed, as if you're actually running the game on a PS2.

Apart from the cape and various demon summoning/slaying equipment, it's basically a standard Gakuren - a Japanese male school uniform. It's no surprise it looks similar to a police uniform though - the Gakuren is derivative of the military uniform worn by modernised armies only some years before Raidou's game's are set, and police uniform of the time had a very similar, if not identical style to military uniforms (other than colour) at the time.

Raidou is a Devil Summoner. He keeps the demons in a tube and usually takes them out to help in investigations. He's quite chill with demons, actually. Personas basically tie into your characteristics, and only summoned with a special mean. Summoning Demons for Raidou, you can say, is a second nature to him.

Isn't it a bit of a BS that they gave this character, Raidou any form of practicality in the game while when they had Dante in the 2nd release of SMT3 Nocturne Maniax he barely have any usefulness? Why people says that Dante isn't useful? I use him a lot for random encounter. Honestly if he not there i can't finish nocturne on hard mode lmao because annoying enemy with high critical. Level up Dante from 80 to 89 and he just one level behind from MC lmao. He is very useful!

@@shadedergu9921 dude that outcome is not even canon🤣 That literally makes no sense in hindsight when Demi-fiend ending is canon when he joins Lucifer to Fight God. The thing in SMT4 AP is what if the protagonist fails like at the end of the DLC you even see Demi talk about his showdown with him after they beat the boss in SMT4AP Lol, you can't say canonical if what you described is what is supposed to happen if said characters did not succeed in their path.

@@The_WIll_OF_D99 Daimion Have you played an SMTsona game? Outside of P3 and P5 dancing everything is canon *including the DLC*. I think you should play SMT4A again and read the DLC description. Hell, not every SMT title is even on the same timeline; that's why there are multiple endings Demi-Fiend getting whacked by Raidou is canonical for SMT4A Then again, that description is basically the everything is canonical route, but specifically for SMT4A it is what was canon for that; that and we also know that regardless of if he gets whacked then or not he still fails to beat god (thanks Digital Devil Saga); where the true Demon Ending is tied to that game It is stupid in hindsight, but as is the time Shenanigans of PQ and how ridiculous tracing paths between each SMT game can be (including spin offs). Also sorry if I came across as harsh starting this reply; it just is funny sometimes with franchises like SMT or Drakengard where basically every ending (and even ones not featured) are canon and some people forget that.
