Make sure your nahobino have endure, then you just go high lv area and let the demons there beat you up until endure trigger, after endure trigger you can use smoke bomb to escape

Black frost essence is the easiest or just use the skill search function on the essence fusion screen (clicking right trigger)

Simply, use Endure skill, let the mobs deplete your hp to the moment when Endure kicks in, escape the battle and you're ready.

Bro, that's not even the final boss, not even the mandatory boss, this fight has nothing to do with the story, in addition it's from DLC from Original SMTV from 2021.
