I was suffering from extreme shin pain during and after jogging. I got rid of it by strengthening my core. Try working on the core it will help a lot.

when we rest how can we have stamina i am a football player and shin pain irritates me when i always have hard game or hard training 😢

Are you based in London and can I self refer? I think I'm getting shin pain from coming back to basketball more frequently, and also I tried using tennis shoes for basketball which made things go wrong. How can i find you? Please add to your description
