Thanks Donald, the licensing stuff is so technical! we've always focused on explaining insurance to folks who are trying to figure out their own policies but we totally agree that it would be nice to have deeper level insurance topics explained without all the legal mumbo-jumbo. Overall, this is a good video. However, you might want to research the Workers' Compensation coverage. There aren't actual set in stone Workers' Comp limits as the Insurance company will pay what the State/Court deem appropriate for the injured employee (usually 2/3rd income until he is working again). The limits you discuss actually refer to "section 2" of Worker's Comp and they apply immediate family members of injured employee. It is very very rare that the 100/500/100 or 500/500/500 section 2 limits are ever needed. Check it out.

Great question. Find a good independent insurance agent. Start by googling "independent insurance agent [your town]". Then check the reviews and the website. Find an agency that seems to fit your personality and needs. Give em a call and go from there.

great video! not a lot out there that are as well done as yours. thank you for taking your time do these videos. I am taking the GIE course and am new to insurance, Its hard to find good videos explaining insurance, are these videos Canadian insurance or US insurance, and if it is US insurance, can I use this information to study with? I would assume its basically the same except the limits and certain conditions. just want to make sure.
