Just a guess, but judging from the familiar cap color (white-blue) it's 2011 Raider in one side, and either raider or fireball on the other. Could be a different yoyo but I've never seen that white-blue cap colorway in any other yoyo.

It sounds like an excuse to me. You can watch this video meaning you can't not have money, at least you should've had more than me in the past. I used to use a $10 Aoda bootleg that was re-glued over and over again because it's broken (the video is on my channel). How poor are you? Also becoming a world champion isn't as easy as you think. Literally hundreds of people compete each other, practicing hours every day, it's not something everyone are willing to do. And yet even if you're willing to do that far, there can only be one champion.
