I agree with the train staff lady... your dress is very cute.

Japan is like the dreamland for the train enthusiasts out there
@paulorocky2 жыл бұрын
For those of us outside Japan, “dream” land is somewhat apt as we have little chance of being able to actually experience it first hand anytime soon.

This is not a dream, it´s reality and heaven all together. I wished every country in the world would have a train system like this and all countries would be interconnected by these trrains. We could safe the half of flight services, especially inland flights.

Still trips me out hearing Donna Burke doing the announcements on those trains.

I LOVE these trains! It's the journey... not the destination! But the destination is awesome too! Kyoto! Let's go to Gion and see some Maiko!

I don't normally Geek out on the small details but the video sounds great, your camera looks very nice and even the editing at the start with the credits was nicely done. I appreciate quality and I should watch more of these!! I would have sent $5 if the video was 4k but I'm not complaining.

As a young boy our family took a trip on the first generation of the shinkansen. I even had a toy model of the first generation of the shinkansen that actually ran on plastic tracks. Then in Middle School took another trip on the shinkansen for a 5 day class trip we visited Kyoto and Nara along with many historical sites. Even back then the seats were very comfortable. But the new ones look more like first class airline seats and the windows look like they belong in an airliner. The eki-bento, natsukashi, looked so delicious. Do they still sell hot and cold barley tea at the stations? Wow! You got your hair bobbed. Looks really great!

That was GREAT ! Oh, I dream of taking a Shinkansen train. I wonder what will happen now that Japan is opening to tourists ( though I read only on package holidays ) and the YEN is being made weak by the Central Bank of Japan, how many tourists will actually show up. Might be an idea for a video - interview some people from travel agencies / Japanese Tourist Board and give a run down of what tourists can now expect. Love you outfit as always. Greetings from Prague

I've never really seen the Shinkansen before so it was very interesting! There should be dango kitties making you that dango!

Isn't the Chuo Shinkansen L0 Series Maglev the fastest train in Japan? Even the E5 and ALFA-X are faster than the N700A.

The first stretch of he maglev line won't open until 2027. The existing track in Yamanashi is just for testing the technology.

The Japanese "Pringles" confuse me... They don't need the extra packaging inside the already sealed container... I got some once at a Japanese grocery store and it made me kind of angry to have that extra trash to throw out.

It’s typical Japanese packaging. It typically has to do with presentation.
