He simply waited for the timing so he could access the Grand class just so he can throw away the saint graph and give Tiamat the concept of death. If no beast can be found then it's impossible to manifest a grand class (with the exception of special ritual in Olympus). That's a true assassin, waiting a perfect chance to give a swift death to the target.

Most of those viewers have no idea who or why First Hassan is such a big deal and they didn't need to. The anime knew how to present him in such a manner that they would get as much and I love it.

When the FGO anime was airing I had fallen off the game myself, but watching the anime, the presentation of First Hassan (combined with being voiced by Joji Nakata) was all I needed to know this was a big deal. Those watchers didn't realize that the lines forming over Tiamat were the same death lines that Tohno Shiki saw with his Mystic Eyes and they didn't have to because the anime did a good job of making the important things noticable to average viewers.

The fact that the strongest assassin in Fate is a dude clad in full heavy armor wielding a greatsword while looking like death is magnificent. Moreover, the demerit of him having a low presence concealment is also terrifying because enemies could feel that something is off or ominous when King Hassan is targeting them, which makes it scarier.

​@@1986HikaruNo Sadly, his Presence Concealment is A Rank, and this not because of his skills. First Hassan (don't know how) is curse to have the victim always know that He was coming. When King Hassan is going to assassinate someone, there will always be a bell ringing signaling the victim that the King Hassan will come. That still doesn't stop King Hassan from assassinating his target. But it is kinda wild that He is such an amazing assassin that someone/something have to curse him for a chance and it doesn't work. The guy is still assassinating people left and right even with this curse. This is what makes King Hassan Presence Concealment Rank A, without the curse his Presence Concealment will definitely be EX

In our culture, or u can say, our religion, if u would die, usually Izrail can show his presence to "warn" the people he want to take the life. Usually, people with good deeds, seeing him would bring them a peace of mind, and they can say something to their beloved before they passed. But if they seeing him as scary being, and u get histerical when u see him, its say that there is a thing in the world that even god not yet forgive you. So he become a scary being before u die. Wonder if anyones realized that hassans noble phantasm, is basically a assassins contract back then. In the sense that assassins were so feared by people, you were considered impossible to be saved.
