Shinobi III - Japonesque (CPX77 Rearranged Version)

Rearranged music from one of the best soundtracks ever released in videogames: Shinobi III - Return of The Ninja Master. I will never forget what I thought when I first played the game and listened to the entire score: "This should be played by a jazz fusion band or rearranged by someone else".
My intention is to keep the formal structure of each music and apply minor variations only in shorter compositions. The entire soundtrack will be remaderemade: A total of 22 musics including from an early beta version of the game .
Music composed by Hirofumi Murasaki, Morihiko Akiyama and Masayuki Nagao. Produced, rearranged and mastered by CapricornX at Fasnia Studio.
Originally released by SEGA in 1993.

Если бы появился ремейк "Шиноби III: Возвращение Мастера Ниндзя" для ПК и Андроид, то там бы обязательно была эта версия мелодии. (Она даже чуть на какой-то трек из Соника смахивает, частично👌🏽)

Hey, thanks for your comments! The influences on my Shinobi III renditions were mainly Jazz Fusion and World Music; however, we can also notice some Hard Rock "here and there" and even 80's synth in a lesser extent. By the way: The composers of the soundtrack are fantastic Jazz Fusion musicians, I even follow them ( and their work) on twitter 😊

I can't see my reply to you in another comment here anymore, but if you're interested in using your music in the game itself, infinest is creating an MD+ patch for it (essentially a modern Sega CD format where the game is hacked to mute the original YM soundtrack and point to external audio files). We'd rather not have to resort to using KZbin/Soundcloud rips as that diminishes the lossless audio capabilities of the format. If you're willing to share your original lossless files we can edit the music to be used with the game.

Hey mate, nice to hear. Indeed , I didn't get your message and have also been experiencing situations where I'm unable to see my own messages left on random youtube channels. @@videogamemusicrenditionsby7625 I know someone who's interested in making a ROM hack using the MD+ standard (essentially a modern Sega CD version). If you can supply original lossless files for each track we can use your music with it. I'll leave it up to you.
