It's my favorite 16-bit game flat out, standing beside Streets of Rage 2, Alien Soldier, Chrono Trigger, Super Punch Out and Thunder Force IV. But this game is totally underrated in every way, deserves just as much attention as Mega Man X and Super Metroid, but doesn't just because it's not a Nintendo franchise, some bs.

1:30 The parallax scrolling in this game continues to be incredible. How many layers is that? 4? Man Shinobi 3 is a beautiful game for the eyes and ears. It plays great, too!

Great work, but man simply no competition esp from 0:45 to 1:08 . Listening to both back to back and the difference is as clear as day. One sounds like wal-mart keyboard midi while the other is crystal clear FM. It's obvious that the very best sounding games on both Snes and Gen, probably wouldn't convert very well to the other system, and the Snes remix's from this soundtrack that you made, clearly display this.
