I love how at 0:56 when the "chorus" sounds in, it pitches it's tone lower like the Genesis version rather than higher like the TurboCD version. I always preferred the Genesis sound design. Great remix

Phantasm Soldier Valis, the Grandmother of the bishoujo genre (technically Metroid did) in videogames. It's nice to know that there are people who still remember this series. Even nicer that it's getting a collection coming out.

I love this series to death, and it's a shame the only entry on the SNES was so... Unambitious compared to what was on the TG16 and Genesis. The Super could have MORE than handled a full-on cinematic platformer of the like we were seeing on competitors. As to this remix, damn! Miles ahead of the song on the Genesis, and nearly as good as the PC-Engine CD version, which is quite an accomplishment considering that was redbook.
