Thank you for this, Shinya. You inspired me to buy my first drum set in high school and I was ardent in my replication of your technique/ finesse while drumming. I fell off of practicing drums for many years now but I still hold you in the highest regard. 慟哭と去りぬ was my favorite song to practice.

I guess one good thing to come out of these last 2-3 years is the number of Japanese musicians who have put such an effort into their KZbin-channels, like Shinya. Aside from being entertaining, it's really interesting to get to see a different side to them and like in Shinya's case; get to see where they come from and hear their backstories (from themselves). I sincerely hope that Shinya will keep this going even now that things are slowly moving back to pre-covid times. I love starting my day with these videos.❤🙏
This is a very interesting and little sad vlog... Thank you very much, Shinya-san, for sharing your memories and showing the place where you grew up! 💛 It was very interesting to look at the places where you started your great path in music. You really have become a very cool and strong drummer🔥 I really love your play 💛
I'm new to this channel (though I've been a Dir En Grey fan for a long time) and I'm loving Shinya's adventures throughout Japan. I've always wanted to go to Japan, but I don't think I ever will. So I really like these "tours". 😊

Thanks to Dir En Grey and SK Tours, I was able to visit this place just a couple weeks ago. It's so cool to see this video and think that I, a random guy from Chicago, was standing right there where he started the video

Wait..I was on the tour...were you a basic or premium?

@@cookiemobers5650Whats up Cookie! It's me, Chris! I was in the premium group! You might probably remember my girlfriend with the long hair was the more hardcore Dir En Grey fan haha Glad you all got to go on the next tour!
I came back to this video and it's interesting to see that time passes, some things are lost, others are buried but the memory remains alive. I laughed at the story of the runaway parrot but I was kind of sad that your house had turned into a parking lot. 🙁
