OMG the effect is the best. If you do the value graph rigid and straight it looks fast paced, thank you thank you, also that preview button I never knew about, until now I was exporting it every time.....oops.

Great tutorial. I can see many uses for this beyond that of a transition. Imagine, if you will, a man "glitching" out of the shot. By locking off the camera, you can shoot the man standing still, pretending to engage a time travel device. Suddenly, he "glitches" out of existence. With the locked off camera, I'm guessing that the "effect" will only appear over the man since the rest of the shot hasn't changed. What do you think? Would that work?

Nice ! Is there a way to turn the image into a grid of blocks of N-by-N size where the block is the average color of what's in that block ? I've done this with stills and then overlaid a black grid of circles to get a sort of colored dot grid....

Look at Film Sensei's tutorial on Viewer settings. Your playback quality has defaulted to Half or Quarter. This indicates a fairly weak GPU.
