Are some cars attached/detached on intermediate stations, or does the train go directly from Tokyo Freight Terminal to Sumidagawa?

Tokyo Freight Terminal ←→ Sumidagawa freight station 4 round trips daily. 8 trains are operated per day. There are differences in the stops along the way depending on the 4 round trips. It may stop or pass at Koshigaya freight terminal, Niiza freight terminal, or Kawasaki freight station. Freight cars and containers may be exchanged at freight stations along the way. On the other hand, there are also stops that do not change freight cars. This is where the locomotive driver stops for a break or a change.
