Shiori's home is really nice, she has done a lovely job. That partition wall is such a good idea, it totally transforms the space and makes the small kitchen area that little bit more usable. It's insane just how much personality is inside Shiori! Every video she is in is a real joy to watch. TC's greatest asset!

I like how many of the newly constructed apartments throughout Japan are now made of reinforced concrete for seismic stability and can also eliminate sound transferal between units, too. I hope to find something like that, but a 2LDK, where ever I may be at in Japan in the future. @ 04:17 Emma: "Oh you have so many snacks on the wall!" Shiori: "I opened up a shop... This is 100 yen if you want to" O.M.G. Shiori is such a crack up and her comedic timing is perfect! She is priceless!

Large washroom and washer/dryer space, large bedroom, but sacrifice to kitchen (even more with those dividers), dining and living room space. I was pretty blown away by the price she mentioned. Concrete homes are great insulators and to get that with heated floors is a plus. Huge downside is not having great access to natural air with a balcony or for drying clothes. I bed that space can get pretty hot and stuffy on warm days when cooking or drying clothes.

Shiori's behavior would already give a indication to what you may find in her house. She seems to be a fun loving girl that loves to play. I kinda love that aspect of her. I think she's adorable! For that matter, regarding the toys I can't really complain much. I got a lot of LEGO still, but sold a lot of other toys. Not sure yet what to do with my LEGO, but I'm thinking of selling it as it is unlikely to take it with me to Japan. It's rather a lot and I likely don't have the space in Japan to store it properly.

WOW, Shiori's apartment is fucking dope. The concrete gives earthy but futuristic-facility vibes. Bed low to the ground, is the way to go, unless you're gonna go the other extreme and have a tall "Princess and the Pea" style bed that requires a ladder and is of lofty vibes (that would cozy in different ways), but middle-height beds on posts just consume the space in a bad way, and I prefer sleeping on the floor myself. That moss-green shag carpet-rug too... NICE 💚 Not to mention the sliding doors 👌

Ohhh, my apartment also has the bathroom heater/dryer since I don't have a balcony! Its actually very nice because then I know my clothes will be dry when I need them to be. You have a very cute apartment~ I hope you get your dream house someday with the displays for your toys
