why in first case when weight has been transferred to jumbo derrick head no listing moment been caused ?

in first case FINAL list moment should not be 1076.9t-m,since cargo weight transfered to derrick,final list moment should be 1076.9-150t*5m=326.9t-m

In the first case you calculated KG1= KG+GG1. However, in the last case you subtracted GG1 from KG? So is it according to the case or what? Regards

If you load on top above COG, KG1= KG +GG1 and if you discharge from top like in this case, KG1= KG-GG1. Thumb rule is that COG will shift towards the heavier side.
